Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done under it.

Provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. Do not share your login or impersonate anyone. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

• List only real properties you are authorised to advertise.
• Keep details, price and photos accurate and up to date.
• Do not put phone numbers, emails or links in the title or description — buyers reach you through the platform, and such content may be held or removed in review.
• Do not post the same property more than once.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, unlawful, or offensive content.
• Harass other users or send spam.
• Scrape, copy or misuse listings or other users’ data.
• Interfere with or attempt to break the security of the service.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting it you grant GharFinder a licence to host, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

We review listings and may edit, hold or remove content, and suspend accounts, to keep the marketplace safe and lawful. We aim to be fair and to explain our decisions where we can.

We connect buyers, renters, owners and agents. We are not the seller, agent, or a party to any transaction, and we do not guarantee any listing, price, or user. Verify properties and people independently before you pay any money or sign anything.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, GharFinder is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, dealings with other users, or reliance on any listing.

You can stop using GharFinder at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms. When we make significant changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use GharFinder means you accept the updated terms.
